Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reminova mobile application ("Service") operated by Reminova ("us", "we", or "our").

Reminova is a memory-keeping and journaling application that allows you to:

• Create and store personal memories and journal entries
• Organize photos and media in beautiful albums
• Track important anniversaries and milestones
• Record mood and emotional context with your memories
• Access premium features through our coin-based system

If you are under 18 years of age, you must not use this application. We reserve the right to request proof of age and terminate accounts that do not meet our age requirements.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install the application on your personal devices
• Use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use the features available in the application

This license does not permit you to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the application
• Use the application for commercial purposes
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions

Reminova offers additional features through a coin-based purchasing system:

• Coin Purchases: You may purchase coins through in-app purchases to unlock premium features
• No Subscriptions: Reminova does not use subscription-based billing. All purchases are one-time coin transactions
• Non-Refundable: Coin purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Account Balance: Your coin balance is tied to your user account and cannot be transferred

Premium features may include advanced organizing tools, additional themes, enhanced export options, and other functionality enhancements.

Your personal content remains under your control:

• Local Storage: All your memories, photos, and personal data are stored locally on your device
• Ownership: You retain full ownership of all content you create in the app
• Responsibility: You are responsible for backing up your data and ensuring its security
• Content Guidelines: Your content must not violate applicable laws or these Terms

You may not use Reminova:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To transmit or create content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• To attempt to impersonate another person or entity
• To interfere with or circumvent security features of the service
• To introduce viruses or other malicious code

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for coins in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, user error, or other causes
• You use the service at your own risk

Your privacy is important to us. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points include:

• We collect minimal data (only User ID and coin balance)
• Your personal content remains on your device
• We implement security measures to protect your information

We may update these Terms from time to time:

• Changes will be posted in the application
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Significant changes will be highlighted in app notifications
• The "Last updated" date will reflect when changes were made

This agreement remains in effect until terminated:

• You may terminate by uninstalling the application
• We may terminate access for violations of these Terms
• Termination does not affect purchased coins or past transactions
• Certain provisions survive termination (limitation of liability, etc.)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reminova regarding the use of our service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
